Virtucruit is partnering with a leading mining company in Saudi Arabia to appoint a Storekeeper within the Logistics Department.

This role is responsible for managing inventory, supplies, and materials to support mining and operational activities. The successful candidate will ensure accurate stock control, efficient material handling, and timely supply of resources while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.

• Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems.

• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials.

Material Handling & Distribution

• Issue materials and supplies to various departments as required.

• Coordinate with operational teams to meet material requirements.

• Ensure timely and safe delivery of items within the site.

Safety & Operational Compliance

• Ensure store operations comply with safety and environmental regulations.

• Maintain safe working practices in the warehouse and storage areas.

• Follow site operational procedures and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Technical training in logistics, supply chain, or related field is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a storekeeper or in material management.

• Experience in mining, industrial, or operational environments is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.

• Ability to maintain accurate records and track materials efficiently.

• Understanding of safety procedures and site regulations.
