Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure an optimal and efficient organisation of personnel administration tasks by improving existing processes and implementing new processes.
• Being the reference person for People Services and the entire People Lifecycle from the hiring to the leave of employees.
• Manage and supervise the monthly payroll process for the VisilabGroup in entire Switzerland, as well as the monthly and annual accounts, with the support of the HR assistants.
• Transferring instructions and knowledge to the HR assistants.
• Role of "Key user" for our HRIS system ABACUS/SAP HCM.
• Perform controlling work for all entities managed by the payroll software in Switzerland, definition of necessary adaptations and improvements.
• Support the Country HR Director in specific HR projects.
• Support the Country HR Director in the development and implementation of an HR Dashboard consisting of robust KPI.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors Degree - preferably in Human Resources Management, Finance or Business Administration or comparable education with a Swiss HR certificate plus Federal Diploma / CAS in Social Security Law.
• At least 7 years of experience as Manager of Payroll and HR Administration.
• Experienced in business partnering with management and HR experts to implement effective HR interventions.
• Excellent HRIS systems knowledge and data literacy.
• Strong Excel & MS Office skills.
• Fluency in German and French, very good command of English (written & spoken).
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Operational excellence mindset & hands-on attitude
• Result and solution orientation.
• Ability to show leadership in difficult and/or complex situations.
• Being a change agent.
