Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure the correct application of the Therapeutic Products Act and Medical Device Ordinance MedDO (Swiss law) at VisilabGroup.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the local Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Check MedDO on all Medical Devices and PPE (CH REP, Importer, label MDR).
  • Support / Control the follow up of inspections by authorities in stores.
  • Manage issues with product non-conformities (level 3) within our group or with legal manufacturers (investigations/negotiations/decisions).
  • Support supply chain on processes (e.g. Labelling, CH-REP check, use of processes e.g. Change Control, CAPA, Documentation).
  • Organization and execution of internal audit and Tüv audit on QMS.
  • Follow up of audit findings.
  • Give guidance and support to all the Process Owners in VisilabGroup on quality related topics.

Your Qualifications and Competencies

  • University Degree, Swiss Federal Diploma (Quality Management) a strong plus.
  • 2+ years working experience in an industry which is regulations and ISO ruled e.g. Medical Device Industry, Pharma Industry, Technical Industry, Food Industry.
  • Advanced IT skills including in Microsoft Office Suite, QMS systems et. al.
  • Strong planning, problem analysis and resolution, and organizational skills.
  • Detect deviations from intended workflows and processes, with exceptional attention to details.
  • Able to effectively adapt to change (environment, requirements, roles, objectives).
  • Confident and fluent communicator with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to deliver high quality work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability of cross-functional work with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • High level of resilience and high frustration level.
  • Fully proficient in English. Fluency in French / German (would be a plus).
  • Teamplayer, desire for learning.
