Your Responsibilities

• Brand strategy development: Supporting the development of the Kochoptik strategy to meet bannerss objectives, incl. definition of yearly marketing plan and budgeting.
• Brand strategic execution: Leading the delivery management to the market:
  - Coordinate sales, brand, product development and customer relations to deliver segment strategy and segment marketing plan.
  - Manage the delivery of brand specific marketing plans/campaigns and propositions.
  - Structure and lead complex strategic projects.
  - Facilitate cross-functional teams, liaise and communicate with Senior Management.
  - Support strategy projects into the execution phase.
   Be a key integrator by bringing business leaders and stakeholders together to collaborate and make decisions with efficiency and with a balance of short- and long-term benefit.
  - Define, develop and run marketing campaigns. Monitor results and correct if necessary.
• Collaboration: Creating a strong partnership with Digital, Product and Field to coordinate actions to reach objectives.

Your Qualifications and Competencies

• University degree in business administration, management, or marketing.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in products/consumer market.
• Proven track record of success in developing strategies and operating plans for B2C / retail.
• Sound business and commercial acumen in order to deliver marketing plans that analyze customer needs, market conditions and priorities key marketing actions to deliver on brand objectives.
• Ability to put complex ideas into clear frameworks, use data to generate insights and recommendations.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Independent with excellent self-organizational skills, collaborative working style, positive and flexible attitude.
• Fully proficient in German and English, French (would be a plus).
