Role Highlights:

  • Take full ownership of the technical side of the sales process by ensuring accurate solution positioning, validation, and alignment with customer needs.
  • Conduct rigorous technical discovery and requirement analysis to deeply understand customer systems and integration needs.
  • Translate collected requirements into clear, structured, and technically feasible solution definitions, ensuring accurate handover to internal teams.
  • Identify integration needs, data flows, and system interactions, ensuring completeness and technical clarity in requirement collection.
  • Build and deliver highly customized demonstrations based on real customer scenarios, data structures, and use cases.
  • Lead and execute live product demonstrations from the office demo environment for customers across different time zones, ensuring strong technical storytelling and clear value articulation.
  • Manage Proof of Concept (PoC) processes by defining success criteria, guiding implementation, and ensuring alignment between expectations and actual product capabilities.
  • Coordinate inputs for RFPs and security processes, and communicate outcomes by clearly presenting findings, implications, and action plans.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Software, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment across the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Provide structured and actionable feedback to Product and Software teams based on customer insights and recurring technical patterns.

Unique Strengths You Bring to the Table:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Solutions Engineering, Presales, Technical Consulting, Business Analyst or similar roles within software, technology, or SaaS environments.
  • Business-level fluency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Proven capability in requirement analysis and technical discovery.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
  • Experience with integration tools or middleware.
  • Experience working with data platforms or analytics tools (e.g., Snowflake, SQL, SAP, Salesforce, SFA Systems, Fabric and Power BI).
  • Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (e.g., Pentest, GDPR, SOC2), with the ability to interpret and communicate technical outcomes.
  • Experience working with AI-enabled products or solutions, and cloud-based SaaS products within modern technology ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and structured outputs such as solution designs, requirement documents, PoC scopes, and integration flows.
  • Strong customer expectation management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage expectations while maintaining alignment between customer needs and product capabilities.
  • Strong ownership mindset with disciplined follow-up and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and clarity.
  • Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing BaaS company.

Would Be Nice If You Have:

  • Algorithmic thinking or basic algorithm knowledge is a strong plus.
  • Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder customer-facing environments is a plus.
  • Have knowledge of ISO 27001:2022 and act as required by these systems. (*)
