Job Description

  • Increase market share over the region.
  • Develop and execute account plans for key clients across the region.
  • Accurately forecast revenue pipelines and develop scalable sales processes for the region,
  • Develop and maintain a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company,
  • Generate leads and close sales through establishing networks and regional events.
  • Follow up on the global industry trends, conduct competitor analysis of their sales region, and participate in industry events when necessary.
  • Participate in customer and business development meetings at overseas locations, performing on-site customer visits, providing training for customers, and participating in professional development training.
  • Document sales activity and relevant customer business details in company CRM, work with Accounting in the context of invoicing.
  • Work with Marketing to ensure campaign delivery objectives and proper competitive positioning for Vispera.
  • Collaborate with all sales channels and resources, including the Technical Support Team, Product Management, and all others needed to shorten the sales cycle.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business, technology or related field.
  • Business background in FMCG, Retail, Market Research or related field.
  • Fluent in English is a must and also Russian is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in SAAS Sales in related field.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent command of MS Word, MS Excel and CRM software.
