As a New Business Sales Executive at Vispera, you will be expected to continue growing our EMEA footprint. The primary focus of this role is to win new business with a targeted set of prospect accounts in the CPG & Retail industry. To achieve the set targets, you will be engaged on building a qualified pipeline & leading business development effort to win new CPG logos. You will be working in a fast paced, innovative, and growing environment.

Job Description

  • Qualify leads and identify relevant budget holders & key stakeholders within your prospect list and educate prospects on solutions, use-cases, and ROI
  • Responsible for regularly updating internal CRM system with your sales forecast and support the management of all areas of development of CRM software
  • Working off your own merit as well as a team player in collaborating with Marketing, Inside Sales, Marketing, Sales Management and as part of our global partner network
  • Adopt a Value Based Consultative Selling Process to convert opportunities into multiyear contacts
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Product Specialists, Professional Services, Executives, Partners etc. and keep a track of the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.
  • Following the sales team's goals and provide the necessary coordination with business units and enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes
  • Support the sales team using CRM (Zoho) with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas
  • Ensure the right reports and dashboards are in place to provide Sales Leaders with the ability to make informed decisions
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing department to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards
  • Create monthly content for executive presentations and board reporting
  • Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment and maintain procurement and contract records
  • Refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell processes
  • Managing and maintaining sales process adherence with Sales Leaders who contribute to opportunity development to determine how sales opportunities are tracking against plan and identify any problems for internal review and problem solving

Qualifications

  • 5 years SaaS selling experience
  • 3 years CPG experience
  • Experience on creating and tracking pipeline in CRM systems
  • Proficient in English at business level
  • German speaking is a plus 
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, PPT, Excel.
