Responsibilities

  • Assists sales teams in realizing pipeline opportunities through the creation of solution proposals and understands the customer base and their requirements and design relevant solutions and available features/services and how they are combined to address customer requirements
  • Engages with a broad range of contacts within customer organizations to determine the most appropriate technology solution that meets the needs of the customer
  • Participates in technical acceptance negotiation processes with customers. Prepares and documents technical requirements of customer or sub-contractor.
  • Answers RFP and RFI questions with technical team's help and documents most frequently asked questions.
  • Follows POCs closely and have regular meeting with partners/clients to show the results.
  • Being initiative to resolve any issues and offer effective solutions to customer while running an initial product evaluation, product demonstration, or addressing any technical bottlenecks
  • Hands over the won deals to the Customer Success department in accordance with the defined procedures.
  • Acting as a key team player and develop an open line of communication in a collaborative diverse work environment
  • At least five years of experience in a Pre-Sales consulting role within CPG industry.
  • Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing SaaS company
  • Experience with Data focused Enterprise software solutions i.e. Data Management, Data Integration, CRM etc.
  • Excellent presentation abilities and composure in front of all levels of technical and business customers or prospects.
  • Ability to work as part of a virtual team and become a trusted advisor to the prospects technical and business teams and help secure both net-new software sales and ensure existing subscriptions are renewed
