With our products Storesense and Shelfsight and our exquisite customer service, we provide our clients with perfect store solutions that radically change their way of running and monitoring their field operations. 

Job Description

  • Establish and maintain long term relationships with several customer accounts while acting as the first point of contact,
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions together with Operations team,
  • Contribute to product development funnel by acquiring customer feedbacks and new feature requests,
  • Deliver an effective project management service for customers,
  • Closely work with management, operations, support, and R&D teams.
    

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ideally 2+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management,Business Development or another client-facing role
  • Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing BaaS company
  • Preferably, experience in working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Operation)
  • Business fluency in English (speaking and writing)
  • Extra languages like German and Russian is a big plus
  • Solid experience with MS Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
