Role Highlights:

• Participate in requirement discovery and analysis processes, working closely with stakeholders to clarify business needs and translate them into actionable product inputs.
• Own and manage the product sprint backlog, ensuring clear prioritization aligned with business objectives and delivery timelines.
• Break down features into well-structured and actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with development teams throughout sprint cycles to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely delivery.
• Act as the go-to person for feature-related clarifications.
• Actively participate in acceptance testing and validate delivered features against defined requirements.
• Manage release scope, prepare release documentation, execute release announcements, and ensure smooth deployment cycles.
• Work cross-functionally with BI, IR Development, Customer Success, Sales, Pre-Sales, Operations, and Data & Insights teams.
• Contribute to continuous product improvement by gathering feedback from internal teams and external stakeholders.

Unique Strengths You Bring to the Table:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Product Owner, Product Analyst, or similar product-related roles within software, technology, or SaaS companies.
• Business fluency in English (speaking and writing).
• Bachelor's degree (BSc) in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with mobile and web application development processes.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based product environments.
• Ability to manage and prioritize backlog items effectively.
• Experience working with product management, discovery tools (e.g., Jira, Miro).
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing BaaS company.

Would Be Nice If You Have:

• Have knowledge of ISO 27001:2022 and act as required by these systems. (*)
