Role Scope & Level:
Mid-level position with a strong focus on project delivery and operational execution. Hands-on role requiring active involvement in planning, coordination, and client communication.
Role Highlights:
- Take full ownership of project execution by ensuring consistent follow-up, alignment, and timely delivery.
- Develop and execute project plans for new initiatives, and manage task planning for ongoing projects, ensuring structured and timely delivery.
- Translate client-provided inputs (e.g., KPIs, master data, and project requirements) into clear task lists and actionable project plans, ensuring effective execution.
- Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Software, and Product) to define timelines, align on deliverables, and ensure effective coordination.
- Identify risks, delays, and dependencies, and proactively drive resolution to keep projects on track.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication regarding project scope, timelines, milestones, and progress.
Unique Strengths You Bring to the Table:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Project Management and/or Business Analysis in software, technology or SaaS environments, preferably in client-facing roles.
- Business-level fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in a relevant field.
- Proven ability to manage client communication, including expectation management and negotiation, with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong project planning, task management, and prioritization capabilities.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong ownership mindset with disciplined follow-up to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle client communication in a clear, structured, and solution-oriented manner, especially in challenging situations.
- Technical background enabling close collaboration with engineering teams.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing BaaS company.
Would Be Nice If You Have:
- PMP certification is a strong plus.
- Have knowledge of ISO 27001:2022 and act as required by these systems. (*)
