Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter, boarding gate, and arrival hall

- Check tickets, verify passenger information, and issue boarding passes

- Handle and process baggage, including tagging, loading, and unloading

- Provide excellent customer service and handle any inquiries or complaints

- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings

- Coordinate with other airport staff, including pilots, cabin crew, and ground crew

- Assist with aircraft cleaning and restocking of supplies

- Handle flight reservations, changes, and cancellations

- Process payments and issue tickets

- Keep accurate records of passenger data and flight information

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

- Follow all safety and security protocols, including emergency procedures

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Basic computer skills and knowledge of reservation systems

- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy baggage
