Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a full-time Airport Ticketing Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to our customers at the airport. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them with check-in and baggage drop-off

- Process ticket reservations and issue boarding passes

- Handle cash and credit card transactions for ticket sales

- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, fares, and company policies

- Assist passengers with special needs or requests

- Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures

- Collaborate with other airport staff and airline personnel to ensure smooth operations

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in customer service or ticketing preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of airline policies and procedures is an asset

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Must be able to lift and move heavy baggage when necessary

Contract Details:
