Job Overview:

We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding gates, and arrival areas

- Handle passenger inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, delays, and other airport services

- Check and process passenger tickets, boarding passes, and other travel documents

- Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo onto aircraft

- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings throughout their journey

- Collaborate with other airport staff and airlines to ensure timely and efficient operations

- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a professional and courteous manner

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with airport regulations and standards

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage and stand for long periods of time

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not required
