Job Description:

As a Ground Staff at Viswamitempowersolution, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our company. Your primary role will be to assist in the day-to-day activities of the company, including but not limited to:

- Greeting and assisting visitors and clients

- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department

- Maintaining and organizing company records and documents

- Assisting in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments

- Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks

- Assisting in the planning and execution of company events

- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the office space

- Other duties as assigned by the management team.

Requirements:

- Freshers are welcome to apply

- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
