Airport Ground Staff (CSA)

Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Ground Staff (CSA). As a CSA, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers at the airport. Your main duties will include assisting passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling, as well as resolving any customer inquiries or issues. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas - Check passengers’ tickets and travel documents to ensure they are valid and accurate - Assist passengers with baggage check-in and collection - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other travel-related inquiries - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations - Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures at all times - Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage if necessary - Knowledge of local languages and familiarity with airport operations is a plus Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The selected candidate will be required to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays. Overtime may be required during peak travel periods.
