Job Description: As a Fresher Ground Staff/Ticketing Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring smooth operations at the airport. Your main duties will include: - Greeting and assisting passengers at the check-in counter - Issuing tickets and boarding passes - Handling baggage and ensuring it is properly tagged and loaded onto the correct flights - Assisting passengers with special needs or requests - Communicating with the flight crew and ground staff to ensure timely departure and arrival of flights - Resolving any customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner - Maintaining accurate records of ticket sales and transactions - Ensuring compliance with all airport and airline regulations and procedures - Providing information to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations - Assisting with security and safety procedures, including baggage screening and passenger screening - Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations at the airport. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Basic computer skills - Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends - Ability to work well in a team and independently - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Contract Details: This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
