JOBS VACANCY GROUND STAFF TICKET CHECKER

Viswamitempowersolution is seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Ground Staff Ticket Checkers in Pathankot, Punjab, India. As a Ticket Checker, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our passengers and their belongings, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Check and validate tickets of passengers before boarding the flight

- Assist passengers with any queries or concerns regarding their tickets or flight details

- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings by conducting thorough security checks

- Handle any emergency situations with calmness and efficiency

- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times while interacting with passengers

- Collaborate with other ground staff and airline crew to ensure a smooth and timely boarding process

- Keep track of flight schedules and communicate any changes or delays to passengers

- Follow all safety and security protocols as per company guidelines

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time

- Must be fluent in English and any other local language

- Knowledge of basic computer skills is a plus

- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug test
