Responsibilities:

- Welcoming and assisting passengers at the airport

- Checking in passengers and their baggage

- Ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during the flight

- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues

- Assisting with boarding and disembarking procedures

- Handling and resolving any customer inquiries or complaints

- Collaborating with other ground staff and crew members to ensure a smooth operation

- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

- Adhering to all safety and security regulations at all times

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds

- Previous experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not required
