Client: Urology Practice based in New Jersey, USA
Key Responsibilities
- Process and follow up on prior authorizations with insurance companies.
- Confirm and coordinate patient appointments.
- Answer patient calls professionally and courteously.
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
- Maintain accurate patient records while complying with HIPAA privacy standards.
Requirements
- Experience with prior authorizations is highly preferred.
- Comfortable communicating with patients over the phone.
- Willing to use time-tracking software during work hours.
- Willing to work through a HIPAA-compliant secure virtual desktop.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Quiet, professional home workspace free from distractions.
- Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Rate: $5.00/hour for the first 90 days.
- Increase: $6.00/hour after successfully completing the 90-day probationary period.
- HMO Benefit: Available after completing 6 months with the client.
- Payment Schedule: First payment after two weeks, then biweekly every other Monday before 7:00 AM Manila Time.
- Payment Method: Wise.
