Client: Urology Practice based in New Jersey, USA

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and follow up on prior authorizations with insurance companies.
  • Confirm and coordinate patient appointments.
  • Answer patient calls professionally and courteously.
  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate patient records while complying with HIPAA privacy standards.

Requirements

  • Experience with prior authorizations is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable communicating with patients over the phone.
  • Willing to use time-tracking software during work hours.
  • Willing to work through a HIPAA-compliant secure virtual desktop.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Quiet, professional home workspace free from distractions.
  • Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Rate: $5.00/hour for the first 90 days.
  • Increase: $6.00/hour after successfully completing the 90-day probationary period.
  • HMO Benefit: Available after completing 6 months with the client.
  • Payment Schedule: First payment after two weeks, then biweekly every other Monday before 7:00 AM Manila Time.
  • Payment Method: Wise.
