About the Role

Vital Virtuals Global HR Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to support healthcare providers by accurately documenting patient encounters in real time. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work closely with medical professionals and gain exposure to clinical workflows while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Document patient encounters in real time during virtual or recorded visits.
• Accurately enter patient histories, physical exam findings, assessments, and plans into the EMR/EHR system.
• Update patient records, charts, and other documentation as directed by the provider.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of all clinical documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a medical scribe, transcriptionist, or in clinical documentation (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with medical terminology and EMR/EHR systems is a plus.
• Strong written English and typing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and follow instructions.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.

Compensation

• $6 per hour for the first 3 months (training/probation period).
• $7 per hour after successful completion of probation.

• Webcam: HD 720p/1080p (A4Tech PK-910H recommended)
• Monitor: External monitor (17", 19", or 22")
