JOB OVERVIEW:

The chosen candidate will need to implement front-end development, with a focus on performance, maintainability, and testable code. The Front-End Developer needs to be someone who is passionate about standards and best practices and does not compromise on quality. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the creation and implementation of new features, as well as enhancement and maintenance of this completely new platform.

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:

As the Front-End Developer, the chosen candidate will be responsible for translating the designs received and/or created from initial concepts into a functional coded product. These will have to match the specified design and functionality requirements. The chosen candidate needs to be able to deliver modern, creative, and smooth user experiences, as well as functional interfaces. Good communication skills are required as the chosen candidate will need to communicate with multiple different stakeholders.

  • CSS3
  • JavaScript
  • HTML5
  • Visual Studio 2022
  • ASP.Net C# / VB.Net
  • ASP.Net MVC
  • Angular and/or React
  • .Net Core
  • MS SQL

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Matric Certificate
  • Relevant tertiary qualification

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • .Net Front-End Developer 
  • A minimum of three to four years of front-end development experience. 
  • Previous working experience on developing systems that require CRUD and data validation operations to MS SQL Database.

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with ASP.Net Identity
  • Familiarity with API development and third-party API interaction, e.g. Previous coding that interacts with payment gateways/APIs, map systems/APIs, or other third-party APIs
