Mobile & Web Tester (Mid-Level)

JOB OVERVIEW:

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual and automated testing across mobile and web applications.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and identify gaps.
• Write, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts.
• Track bugs and issues using tools like JIRA and Xray.
• Ensure high quality across releases by contributing to continuous integration testing pipelines.
• Provide insights to improve performance, reliability, and user experience.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Familiarity with both manual and automation testing.
• Tools experience: Selenium, Appium, Postman, JIRA, Xray, Bamboo.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Relevant IT qualification.
• ISTQB certification.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 4+ years of software testing experience.
• Proven experience in mobile and web testing.

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:

• Performance testing experience.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services sector.
