Fully remote.

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an eager individual ready to hit the ground running, assisting us in sourcing new clients and candidates for our IT Talent division.

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

  • Administrative tasks: CRM and ATS updating, creating spreadsheet trackers, copywriting, tool set-up, etc.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Headhunting: Utilise video outreach and nurturing to find and engage with clients and top talent (LinkedIn, Job boards, various automation tools).
  • Outreach Campaigns: Execute effective outreach campaigns using videos, LinkedIn, and other tools.
  • Manage campaigns: Implement and manage tracking data, manage spreadsheet trackers, and manage relevant LinkedIn accounts and responses.
  • Daily reporting: Deliver a daily report to the GM/MD with figures for the following:
    - Booked calls
    - Confirmed interview and placements
    - Connection accepted on LinkedIn
    - Messages sent
    - New leads added to the candidate database
    - Candidate database
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in weekly training and implement your learnings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with GM and engage with the team for support and growth.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

HR/Marketing/Sales or related qualification.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • At least 1 year of experience sourcing Talent or with business development/marketing.

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:

  • Experience with IT Recruitment would be advantageous.
