JOB OVERVIEW:

As a Technical IT Consultant, your role will involve supporting the analysis of the existing software architecture throughout the entirety of our client's IT landscape. You'll be instrumental in advising clients on the design and planning of their test and production system setups. Your responsibilities will extend to installing and updating our software solutions within the framework of international projects, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Additionally, you'll be tasked with adapting deployment mechanisms to suit the specific needs of each project and configuring technical connections for third-party systems and devices. Your expertise will be crucial in monitoring operational and technical support to guarantee optimal performance and satisfaction for our clients.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Knowledge and experience in the field of retail, POS, or merchandise management is an advantage
• Good knowledge of the operating systems in Windows and Linux environments
• Technical understanding of industry standards network infrastructure, and technical solution

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Degree in (business) information technology or similar

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 1-3 years of professional experience in the IT environment .
• Experience in Cloud Technologies will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of databases in SQL and Oracle environments.
• Experience in Java-based solutions will be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel nationally and internationally.
