JOB OVERVIEW:

We're looking for a passionate Salesforce Marketing Cloud whiz to join our team. You'll be the go-to person for all things Marketing Cloud, from optimising the platform to crafting stellar email campaigns and seamlessly integrating data. Working alongside IT, sales, and marketing, you'll be the mastermind behind maximising the platform's potential to drive digital success.

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:

  • Present interval executive-level Salesforce platform demonstrations, and run through all features (i.e. content builder, journey builder, etc.) upon request. 
  • Set up and configure data models. 
  • Develop scalable solutions based on business objectives, marketing metrics, and tech requirements. 
  • Design platform configuration and data feeds to run effective automated email campaigns. 
  • Act as a hands-on consultant on wide-scale projects including email marketing campaigns, customer service solutions, data segmentation, customer journey, etc. 
  • Identify and troubleshoot platform and data feed-related issues. 
  • Advise teams regarding the latest tech innovations, new business initiatives, third-party solutions, and effective email templates. 
  • Optimise internal processes based on team requests, opportunity gaps, and business requirements. 
  • Communicate project initiatives to relevant stakeholders.

  • Specialises in gathering and analysing information related to data integration, subscriber management, and identifying a resolution 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to influence a group audience, facilitate solutions and lead discussions such as implementation methodology, Road-mapping, Enterprise Transformation strategy, and executive-level requirement gathering sessions 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • 3+ years of experience working with Marketing Cloud platforms 
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification (Admin, Consultant, Developer or Email Specialist) 
  • Technical educational background in a related field (Bachelor's or Master's Degree, etc.)

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Are you a customer data guru with a passion for building successful CDP projects? We're looking for an architect to lead the way in the Salesforce CDP space. You'll be a trusted advisor, guiding customers from initial planning to flawless execution. Leverage your technical and functional expertise to shape solutions that meet their unique business and technical needs.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Deep dive into customer requirements and translate them into powerful CDP configurations.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • Champion best practices within the CDP community and develop valuable shared resources.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about creating impactful customer experiences through data.

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on full lifecycle CDP implementation experience on platforms like Salesforce CDP, Tealium AudienceStream (not Tealium IQ), Adobe AEP, Segment, Arm Treasure Data, BlueShift, SessionM, RedPoint, etc. 
  • 2+ years of experience with data management, data transformation, ETL, preferably using cloud-based tools/infrastructure, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Experience with data architecture (ideally with marketing data) using batch and/or real-time ingestion.
  • Relevant Salesforce experience in Sales & Service Cloud, as well as Marketing Cloud, and related certifications is a plus.
  • Experience with Technologies and Processes for Marketing, Personalisation, and Data Orchestration. 
  • Experience with marketing campaign design and implementation. Experience in online ad serving or site serving platforms.
  • Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Privacy concepts and regulations is a plus.
