JOB OVERVIEW:

The Client has embarked on a strategic journey to establish a new world client and intermediary experience or CX function to deliver the client and intermediary-facing solutions and tools in support of their digital transformation. In accordance, the Client's CX vision is to create engagements and experiences that help their clients to live with confidence, be inspired, and assist in guiding them towards their financial aspirations.

The performance-driven digital team is seeking a Lead: Analytics & Tracking member to join the team. The role is best suited to an individual who is capable of leading the technical implementation of analytics on our web and mobile applications from documenting requirements and implementing development to delivering reports ready for analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders to define and implement new tracking requests for website and/or mobile apps based on existing mobile measurement framework, as well as digital campaigns.
  • Support architecture and management teams regarding future analytics strategy.
  • Test and provide quality assurance feedback to the various development teams.
  • Provide reports and dashboards with insights into digital behaviour.
  • Lead efforts to research and evaluate new tools/capabilities in the analytics industry.
  • Deployment of any third-party tagging and integration data from DoubleClick, Facebook, Adwords or any custom data imports into Google Analytics and Firebase.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis if necessary and respond to business questions that drive decision-making.
  • Serve as a liaison to vendor partners to ensure success with a variety of projects.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Strong knowledge of search - both SEO and SEM as a critical tactic to drive desired web visitor behaviour.
  • Knowledge of Google Optimise, Big Query, and Google Attribution.
  • Knowledge of data visualisation techniques.
  • Understanding of on-site survey methodologies and voice of the customer analysis tools.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's Degree in an analytical discipline, e.g. Marketing/Statistics will be an advantage.
  • Google, Facebook, or Hubspot certification.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in data analysis and visualisation.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in mobile and website tagging and tracking.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience using Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Google Tag Manager Implementation.
