• Primary Skills: Requires is indepth technical experience in Phinsys Insurance Product Suite.
• Secondary Skills: ETL Design & Development and SQL & Data Validation, BI Reporting is also essential to work with Phinsys.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IRIS Data Integration Developer Phinsys to support the setup and configuration of new IRIS libraries including cloning and customizing control flows staging tables dimension and fact views and ensuring seamless integration into existing data pipelines This role involves hands-on development testing and deployment of ETL processes schema comparisons and reconciliation procedures

Key Responsibilities

• Good Knowledge of Phinsys Insurance product Suite
• Design and Develop ETL Processes Create robust ETL workflows to extract transform and load data from various sources into the data warehouse
• IRIS Library Setup Cloning
• Set up Rapport connections to new IRIS libraries
• Clone staging dimension and fact control flows from existing IRIS libraries
• Clone and configure staging tables dimension views and fact views including conformed and increment views
• Update cloned control flow tasks and containers to reflect new connection strings naming conventions and source system codes

Testing Validation

• Perform smoke tests on cloned control flows and views to ensure data quality e.g. uniqueness of natural keys completeness of joins
• Adjust primary keys and surrogate key links as needed
• Validate initial loads and incremental processing using inflight reconciliation

Documentation Issue Tracking

• Clone and update mapping documents for each control flow type
• Log issues and discrepancies in DevOps for tracking and resolution
• Conduct schema comparisons and check-ins for version control

Deployment Reconciliation

• Integrate cloned control flows into master control flows
• Update and execute initial load scripts post deployment scripts and cleardown scripts
• Modify MDS extracts and data fix procedures to include new source system codes
• Redeploy Tandem Staging and Tandem environments and validate data loads
• Run technical and business reconciliations to ensure data integrity

Required Skills Experience

• Strong experience with IRIS library architecture and ETL control flows
• Proficiency in SQL schema comparison tools and data validation techniques
• Familiarity with DevOps for issue tracking and deployment workflows
• Experience with MDS extracts surrogate key management and reconciliation processes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in data warehousing or BI development
• Exposure to Tandem Staging and Tandem environments
• Knowledge of data governance and quality assurance practices
