Technical Lead (AD)

Prerequisite skills: Active Directory

Job Description:

• Experience in leading IAM team
• Experience in managing client and internal stakeholders
• Knowledge on Active Directory AzureAD O365 Storage Powershell and IGA
• Proficient in ITSM Incident Request Change and Problem management
• Experience in working with ticketing tools
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Manage Active Directory and EntraID User accounts and security groups
• Manage Distribution and Security groups and Mail contacts
• O365 mailbox management
• Manage Network folder permissions
• Handle tickets from helpdesk related to Active
• Directory objects O365 mailbox issues Security
• and Distribution groups Network folder access issues
• Prepare SOP documents
• Work closely with auditors
• Prepare weekly status reports and present to client
• Work on recertification activity
• Willing to work from Bangalore at the Whitefield office
• Willingness to work in shifts
