Job Description:

As an Aras PLM Solution Architect, you will lead the design, implementation, and deployment of 
Aras Innovator PLM solutions. You will be responsible for defining PLM architecture, integrating
enterprise systems, and driving process automation across industries such as automotive,
aerospace, electronics, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Development

Design and develop end-to-end Aras PLM solutions tailored to business needs.

Define business data models, workflows, lifecycles and automation rules.

Ensure performance, scalability, and security of PLM applications.

Customize Aras Innovator using C#, JavaScript, XML, AML, and SQL.

Lead data migration and upgrade projects.

Project Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Lead technical implementation teams (onsite/offshore).

Facilitate workshops and build consensus across stakeholders.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Deliver Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements and technical demos.

Provide mentorship and coaching to junior team members.

Continuous Improvement, Innovation and Integration

Stay updated with Aras Innovator advancements and PLM trends.

Promote DevOps, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.

Explore AI/ML and analytics integration within PLM ecosystems.
