About the Role

We are looking for a Senior SAP Development Lead with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ABAP, UI5, and Fiori to lead development teams and oversee the quality of technical deliverables. The role combines technical leadership, development governance, solution design reviews, and hands-on expertise across SAP S/4HANA implementations.

Job Description

The role involves leading SAP development teams across S/4HANA implementation and enhancement programs, including work delivered by partners and third-party service providers. The candidate will ensure development follows SAP best practices and aligns with current recommendations for S/4HANA implementations.

The position requires strong experience across ABAP on HANA, UI5/Fiori, OData, CDS, BTP, RAP, and CAP, along with technical design reviews and development quality assurance. The candidate will also support future S/4HANA upgrades, review business and functional designs, and provide technical solutions focused on performance and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP development teams for S/4HANA implementation and enhancement programs.
• Govern development quality and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.
• Review technical designs, business process designs, functional specifications, and development deliverables.
• Oversee ABAP, UI5, and Fiori development across partners and third-party service providers.
• Work on WRICEF objects including reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and conversions/migrations.
• Support BTP, RAP, CAP, OData, CDS, and ABAP on HANA development initiatives.
• Lead SAP UI development using Fiori Elements, SAP UI5, Fiori Launchpad, and standard Fiori applications.
• Provide technical solutions, performance improvements, development guidance, and support for future S/4HANA upgrades.
