About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) technologies. The role focuses on building advanced OCR, document understanding, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, LLM, and RAG solutions for complex business documents.

Job Description

The role involves developing production-grade AI and GenAI applications, including LLM-powered solutions, Agentic AI, RAG architectures, AI copilots, chatbots, and intelligent assistants. The engineer will work with Azure AI services to build scalable solutions for document classification, extraction, validation, and processing.

A major focus will be on enterprise OCR and Intelligent Document Processing, covering structured, semi-structured, and unstructured documents such as invoices, contracts, engineering drawings, purchase orders, handwritten forms, scanned PDFs, and multipage tables. The role includes improving OCR accuracy through image preprocessing, document layout detection, confidence scoring, and human-in-the-loop validation.

The engineer will also design scalable Azure architectures, implement MLOps/LLMOps, automate deployments, and integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as Oracle ERP, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and UiPath. Strong attention to AI governance, security, compliance, monitoring, and responsible AI practices is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy enterprise AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Services.
• Develop GenAI, Agentic AI, LLM, and RAG applications, including copilots and intelligent assistants.
• Architect and implement advanced OCR and Intelligent Document Processing pipelines.
• Build document classification, entity extraction, key-value extraction, and table recognition solutions.
• Develop and optimize machine learning and computer vision models for document intelligence.
• Design scalable Azure architectures and implement MLOps/LLMOps and automated deployment pipelines.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and REST APIs, including Oracle ERP, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, and SharePoint.
• Establish AI monitoring, governance, security, compliance, and observability practices.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI engineering, Azure AI/ML, Generative AI, OCR, and Intelligent Document Processing, with hands-on expertise in developing production-grade solutions. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with the ability to work on complex enterprise AI solutions and integrations.
