About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Specialist - Package Implementation with significant experience in insurance technology platforms, particularly Insurity Bridge. The role will lead the design, development, implementation, and support of Insurity Bridge solutions for insurance clients while providing technical leadership and ensuring successful project delivery.
Job Description
The position involves leading end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Insurity Bridge applications, from requirements gathering and solution design through development, integration, deployment, and production support. The specialist will work closely with business analysts, product owners, developers, QA teams, and client stakeholders.
The role requires strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight. The candidate will guide distributed development teams, ensure development standards are followed, manage delivery risks and dependencies, and support releases, defect resolution, and performance improvements.
The role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, including the adoption of automation and AI-assisted delivery practices where applicable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Insurity Bridge applications.
- Collaborate with business and client stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Design scalable and maintainable technical solutions within the Insurity platform.
- Guide development teams on configuration, customization, integration, and deployment activities.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication, and delivery activities.
- Coordinate with QA teams for comprehensive testing and defect closure.
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across distributed project teams.
Required Skills
- Insurity Bridge platform experience.
- Insurance domain knowledge, particularly Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance processes.
- Knowledge of C#/.NET, SQL Server, Web Services/APIs, and application integrations.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and professional communication skills.
- Experience leading distributed teams and managing client interactions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred / Good to Have
- Experience leading large-scale insurance transformation programs.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
- Experience with automation and AI-assisted delivery practices.

The ideal candidate will have 9 years of IT experience with significant exposure to insurance technology platforms and strong hands-on experience with Insurity Bridge.
