Job Description:

1. Should have more than 10 years of Vision8 experience in application development or maintenance Also have clear understanding of entire Visionplus architecture
2. Should collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for VisionPLUS system enhancements and implementations
3. Should have knowledge Analyse existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the VisionPLUS environment
4. Should have experience in developing and propose solutions that align with business needs ensuring they are feasible within the VisionPLUS framework
5. Ability to create detailed functional specifications and use cases for development teams ensuring clear communication of requirements
6. Should Coordinate and participate in system testing including user acceptance testing UAT to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standard
7. Ability to provide training and support to endusers and stakeholders on new features and functionalities of the VisionPLUS system
8. Should work closely with project managers developers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of projects and resolution of any issues that arise
9. Should have good understanding on interdependent applications and have good knowledge of at least 34CMS FAS TRAMS etc VisionPLUS modules
10. Should be able to work on Flow Diagrams BRDs FSDs and Architecture diagrams
