Job Description:

Salesforce Technical Lead Data Cloud
with experience of 8 to 10 years

Required Skills

8 years of experience in Salesforce development with 2 years in a technical lead role
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud CDP
Strong knowledge of Apex Lightning Web Components LWC SOQL and Salesforce APIs
Experience with data integration tools e.g. MuleSoft Informatica and real-time data processing
Salesforce certifications such as Data Cloud Consultant Platform Developer II or Application Architect are preferred

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
Understanding of data privacy regulations e.g. GDPR CCPA
Strong problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership
Lead the end-to-end technical implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud projects
Guide development teams on best practices coding standards and architectural patterns
Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables

2. Data Cloud Expertise
Design and implement real-time data ingestion identity resolution and data unification strategies
Build and optimize data models and pipelines within Salesforce Data Cloud
Enable data activation across Salesforce and external platforms using Data Cloud capabilities

3. Solution Design Integration
Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with CRM Marketing Cloud and third-party systems using APIs and ETL tools
Ensure data governance security and compliance across all integrations

4. Agile Delivery
Participate in sprint planning backlog grooming and daily standups
Break down complex requirements into actionable development tasks
Track and report on development progress and risks

5. Mentorship Collaboration
Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team
