Roles and Responsibilities

5+ years of experience in application packaging & Intune

Must have prior experience with using AdminStudio / InstallShield, Wise Packaging, AppDeploymentToolKit & Wise Script, App-V for packaging.

Must have packaged applications for Windows 10 operating systems (OS) platforms.

Complete understanding of Cloud Management Gateway (CMG) and desktop Analytics

MBAM Bit locker Encryption using SCCM

Win10 Servicing plans

Patch Release activity with ADR configuration

Must be fluent in scripting with PowerShell, with VB Script, and Batch Script as well.

Must have experience using the open-source PowerShell Application Deployment Toolkit.

Must have a very good understanding of the Windows System Registry and file system, i.e., .dell and .ocx file registration.

Must be good in Quality check of the packaged applications, troubleshoot packaging problems.

Must understand a standard packaging process and workflow, MSI packaging best practices and standards.

MSIX, Intunewin & Mac software packaging skills a plus. (Advantage)

Must have an understanding of software deployment leveraging Microsoft System Configuration Manager (SCCM).

Understanding of MUfB, Microsoft Desktop Analytics and MS Intune a plus.

Superior problem solving and troubleshooting skills at the System Engineer level; exceptional customer service, overall communication, and technical writing skills.

Must have sufficient technical depth to communicate with development and other internal organizations at a peer level; must possess the ability to work independently with minimal management supervision and as a part of a team of engineers.

Solid understanding of standard client/server and networking fundamentals.

Must be a team player/Lead role and able to think outside the box for solutions.

Administer SCCM software delivery, including various methods such as running application and packages, machine targeted, user targeted, Application Library, and Software Centre.

Schedule and deploy application upgrades in an enterprise environment.

Provide valuable solutions for colleagues and stakeholders, both tactically and strategically and ensure compliance to process, procedure, and tools within the operations

Troubleshooting the configuration issues using SCCM related Server and Client logs.

Troubleshoot and resolve installation and deployment issues affecting the workstation environment and work with technicians to help resolve software installation problems.

Windows 10 Deployment Scenarios with Intune.

Knowledge creating SCCM canned reports (SSRS) and SQL queries

Managing the Microsoft Store for Business.

Should have knowledge on Intune device management configuration.

Create Intune policies.

Enroll Windows 10 device Intune management.

Create technical end-user documentation on problem resolution.

Provide status reports to the requesters and stake holders.

The ability to create, test, and publish SCCM packages and applications a plus.

Win10 Task sequence creation and Image deployment using MDT (End to End Knowledge)
