About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Quality Engineer to support the Data 360 initiative. The role focuses on testing and validating Salesforce Data Cloud, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accuracy across ingestion, unification, segmentation, and activation processes. The engineer will work closely with distributed Agile teams to deliver reliable data solutions.

Job Description

The role involves designing and executing comprehensive test strategies for Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, data models, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation pipelines. The engineer will validate outputs against business acceptance criteria and perform detailed data quality checks.

The position also requires developing Python-based automation for large-scale data validation and using SOQL for data validation, debugging, and reporting. Experience with data lake integration testing, defect management, test documentation, and QE metrics is also required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test strategies for Salesforce Data Cloud and Data 360 workflows.
• Validate data models, segmentation rules, and identity resolution results.
• Develop Python-based automated test scripts for large datasets.
• Write and execute SOQL queries for validation, debugging, and reporting.
• Perform data quality checks covering completeness, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
• Support data lake integration testing and end-to-end validation.
• Manage defects through the complete lifecycle and maintain test cases and QE metrics.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with onshore and nearshore teams.
