We are looking for a Senior Specialist in Program & Project Management with strong expertise in Agile delivery, project governance, and project planning. The role focuses on ensuring effective delivery governance, defining and tracking KPIs, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and using AI-enabled tools to improve delivery performance.

Job Description

The role requires a strong understanding of Agile delivery practices and project management, with a focus on maintaining effective governance throughout project execution. The candidate will support delivery teams by establishing appropriate planning and performance-tracking practices.

The position also involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, monitoring key performance indicators, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance delivery effectiveness and outcomes.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have 7–11 years of experience in program and project management, with strong expertise in Agile delivery and project governance.
