Prerequisite skills: Testing experience in ServiceNow OMT Order Management or SOM Sales and Order Mgmt CPQ

Job Description:

• Work as a key member of the ServiceNow Testing team focusing on OMT Order Management or SOM Sales and Order Mgmt CPQ and other ServiceNow modules
• Conduct thorough functional testing to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow solutions
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test cases
• Utilize ServiceNow Automated Test Framework ATF for test automation where applicable
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices in testing methodologies
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the ServiceNow testing landscape
• Leverage your 6 years of relevant experience to mentor junior testers and share knowledge
