About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager - Package Implementation with strong expertise in Oracle Primavera Unifier to lead the design, development, and implementation of integrated project management solutions. The role involves solution configuration, customization, integrations, reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and delivery management.

Job Description

The role focuses on managing Primavera Unifier implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and post-implementation support. The candidate will design business processes, workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations while ensuring project solutions meet client requirements.

The position requires collaboration with project managers, developers, business stakeholders, Oracle Support, and hosting providers. The candidate will also contribute to data migration, performance testing, technical documentation, user training, system administration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Primavera Unifier implementation projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Design and develop business processes, workflows, reports, and dashboards within Unifier.
• Configure and maintain custom reports and dashboards using BI Publisher and other reporting tools.
• Gather requirements, facilitate business blueprint sessions, and support UAT activities.
• Manage data migration from legacy systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor application health, perform administrative activities, and support system performance optimization.
• Provide post-implementation support, user training, and technical documentation.
• Mentor junior team members and support presales activities through technical expertise.
