We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in ServiceNow development, customization, scripting, workflows, and integrations. The role involves designing, developing, implementing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions while supporting the smooth operation of the platform. The candidate will collaborate with teams and customers to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

Job Description

The role requires hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation, including custom application development, process configuration, scripting, workflow development, and platform enhancements. The developer will work across ITSM processes such as incidents, problems, changes, and service requests.

The position also involves designing end-to-end integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, supporting application operations, and resolving technical issues. The developer will work closely with teams and customers, including demonstrating solutions and contributing to the continuous improvement of the ServiceNow environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Develop and maintain custom applications and processes within ServiceNow.
• Handle ITSM processes, including incidents, problems, changes, and service requests.
• Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow integrations with external systems.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure smooth operation of the ServiceNow environment.
• Collaborate with teams to implement and maintain high-quality technical solutions.
• Demonstrate developed solutions to customers and address application-related issues.
• Apply analytical and creative problem-solving skills to resolve technical challenges.

Required Skills

• ServiceNow Development – 5+ years of hands-on experience.
• ServiceNow Custom Application Development.
• ServiceNow customization, scripting, and workflow development.
• ServiceNow implementation and enhancements.
• ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow integrations and connectivity with external systems.
• Strong technical, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• ServiceNow Administration Certification.

Preferred / Good to Have

• Data Modeling experience.
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist – ITSM Certification.
