Job Description:
Service Max SME who can manage the stakeholders along with Functional and Technical skills
Key Responsibilities
- Define and document business requirements and solution architecture for ServiceMax implementations.
- Lead and execute requirements gathering sessions and process flow documentation.
- Design and implement scalable ServiceMax solutions tailored to client needs.
- Provide hands-on customization, development, and integration support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on ServiceMax best practices and roadmap planning.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Professional Services Technical Consultant.
- ServiceMax Certification is mandatory.
- Proven experience with large-scale ServiceMax deployments.
- Strong ability to engage with both business users and IT executives to drive solution architecture and delivery.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
