Job Description:

Service Max SME who can manage the stakeholders along with Functional and Technical skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and document business requirements and solution architecture for ServiceMax implementations.
  • Lead and execute requirements gathering sessions and process flow documentation.
  • Design and implement scalable ServiceMax solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Provide hands-on customization, development, and integration support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on ServiceMax best practices and roadmap planning.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Professional Services Technical Consultant.
  • ServiceMax Certification is mandatory.
  • Proven experience with large-scale ServiceMax deployments.
  • Strong ability to engage with both business users and IT executives to drive solution architecture and delivery.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
