Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- CCM Solution Design Development
- Develop document templates and workflows using Quadient Inspire Scaler Interactive Automation and Interactive modules
- Hands on experience in WFD creation setting up Interactive
- Experience with data modules workflow creation writing rules scripts data transformations within the Inspire Designer is a must
- Should create and design forms in Inspire Designer based on the business specifications
- Participate in architecture discussions providing insights on best practices for form development data transformation and systems integration
- Participate in the process of gathering requirements and meetings with the Business partners, Architects and in software design sessions along with other software developers and programmers
- Lifecycle Platform Integration
- Should have experience in all aspects of the software lifecycle using Quadient Inspire suite
- Collaborate in the full system development lifecycle supporting document processing and output PDF AFP TNO for printing and mailing operations
- Integrate with upstream and downstream systems using platforms such as Unix Windows and Linux
- Manage input data from various formats including XML JSON and flat files utilize APIs MQ and SFTP for data exchange
- Oracle DB and SQL query hands on is must
- Monitoring Support
- Analyze and interpret IAScaler Dashboard activity to monitor jobs and proactively detect job abends or issues
- Provide end-to-end support for document generation processes ensuring seamless operation and output delivery
Qualifications
- 4 to 5 years of experience working with Quadient Inspire or similar document generation tools
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java or Python
- Experience with scripting languages eg. JavaScript TypeScript is preferred
- Proven experience in Inspire administration activities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members
Preferred Skills
- Experience with other document generation tools eg. DocuSign Adobe LiveCycle
- Knowledge of database management and SQL
