Job Summary:

Vivaris Jobs is seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Waiter to join our team. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Take food and drink orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen and bar staff

• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner

• Ensure that all guests' needs and requests are attended to promptly

• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about menu items

• Ensure that all tables are set up properly and are clean and presentable at all times

• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and dining room floor

• Assist with cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, and wiping down tables and chairs

• Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent service and maintain a positive work environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience as a waiter or in the food service industry preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality

• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 10 kg
