Job Description:

We are currently seeking a friendly and experienced Food Server to join our team at Vivaris Hotels. As a Food Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and courteous manner

- Ensure guests have everything they need for an enjoyable dining experience

- Maintain a clean and organized dining area

- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service

- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally

- Upsell menu items and promote special promotions or events

- Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions accurately

- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment

- Attend all required training and meetings to enhance knowledge and skills

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a food server in a hotel or restaurant setting

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Knowledge of food and beverage menus and ability to make recommendations

- Basic math and cash handling skills

- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time

- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
