Job Description:

We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Kitchen Workers. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. You will work closely with our culinary team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and delivered in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients

- Follow recipes and instructions from the head chef or sous chef

- Cook and assemble dishes according to established standards

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, including washing dishes, wiping down surfaces, and taking out trash

- Stock and organize kitchen supplies and ingredients

- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient operations

- Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines

- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred

- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 kg
