Referral Terms & Conditions                             Vivaris Jobs

1. Definitions

• "Referrer" refers to the individual recommending a candidate for a job.
• "Candidate" refers to the person being referred for a job opportunity.
• "Agency/Company" refers to Vivaris Jobs.

2. Eligibility

• The Referrer must be at least 18 years old to participate in the referral program.
• Referrals are open to  employees and external individuals.
• Candidates who are already in the Agency/Company’s database or have applied within the past 1 month are not eligible for referral rewards.

3. Referral Process

• The Referrer must submit the Candidate's details via  online form or email: vivaris.jobs@gmail.com.
• The Candidate must acknowledge and consent to being referred before their details are shared with the Agency/Company.
• Incomplete or inaccurate referrals will not be considered.

4. Responsibilities of the Referrer

• The Referrer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the Candidate’s information.
• The Referrer must not misrepresent the program or promise employment to the Candidate.

5. Confidentiality

• The Referrer agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding any information shared as part of the referral process.

6. Disqualification

• The Agency/Company reserves the right to disqualify referrals if:
  • The Referrer provides false or misleading information.
  • The Candidate is found to have been referred through unethical or non-compliant means.

7. Program Changes and Termination

• The Agency/Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
• Any referrals submitted before changes or termination will be honored under the previous terms.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Rijeka / Croatia.

9. Acceptance

By participating in this referral program, the Referrer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
