Customer Service & Sales Agent (Aesthetic Industry)

About the Role:
We are looking for customer service and sales agents with experience in the aesthetic industry to join our team. This role focuses on outbound calls to applicants who sign up, booking sales appointments, and providing customer and billing support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to schedule sales appointments.

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries related to treatments, procedures, and services.

• Handle billing-related questions and assist with payment processing.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless client onboarding.

Who Were Looking For:

• Experience in the aesthetic industry (med spas, skincare, beauty clinics, etc.) Is a PLUS ! 

• Upbeat, friendly, and professional demeanor.

• Quick learners and self-starters who can adapt to new systems and processes.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Full Time : 40 hours weekly 

Part Time : 25 hours weekly
