The Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist drives business growth across geographies by executing data-driven marketing and inbound lead generation strategies. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the role focuses on attracting, engaging, and converting prospects through impactful content, campaigns, and optimized funnels.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and monitor marketing and lead generation strategies across business lines
Own the inbound marketing and content strategy with defined KPIs
Coordinate creation of high-value content (white papers, reports, blogs, marketing assets)
Optimize the lead generation funnel to convert traffic into qualified leads
Analyze performance and ROI to improve campaigns and control acquisition costs
Collaborate with sales teams to qualify leads and initiate outreach
Track results and report clearly to management
Profile & Requirements
2+ years experience in Marketing, Strategy, Consulting, Analytics, or B2B growth roles
Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
Interest in performance marketing, inbound strategies, and data-driven decision making
Experience or knowledge in B2B lead generation and programmatic marketing is a plus
Familiarity with analytics and automation tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, etc.)
Comfortable using and leveraging AI tools for content creation, data analysis, marketing automation, and productivity
Technical skills (SQL, Python, JavaScript) are a plus
