Key Responsibilities

• Support the deployment and daily operation of vulnerability management and threat detection tools
• Assist in maintaining and updating security policies, procedures, and standards
• Contribute to SIEM/SOAR operations, including alert tuning, rule adjustments, and incident triage
• Participate in incident response activities and post-incident reviews
• Collaborate with R&D and DevOps on access controls, endpoint security, and patch management
• Monitor logs across systems, applications, and network components
• Support risk assessments and recommend mitigation actions
• Contribute to Zero Trust security initiatives
• Explore automation and new security tools to improve detection and response

Profile & Requirements

• Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience or familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Foundational knowledge of security concepts (threat modeling, risk assessment, security controls)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Curious, motivated team player with a strong interest in building a cybersecurity career
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft Defender, Azure Security Center, or SIEM platforms is a plus
• Comfortable using AI tools to support threat detection, alert analysis, log correlation, risk prioritization, incident response, automation, and continuous security improvement
